We signed Kate up to play soccer this spring. She's playing on a U6 team with 18 kids (half boys and half girls). It's a nine week season, so we know how we'll be spending our Saturdays for the next couple months!

The boys kept themselves entertained by playing in the dirt. Boys.
Josh said it reminded him of being at
his brother's ball games as a kid.
I walked over to see them, and they showed me the cars they had been busy burying.
Hudson said "Mommy, it's nirty (dirty)."
The parents take turns providing a team snack for after the game.
I love that Kate got one for both Carter and Hudson,
totally unprompted.
Love to see them look out for each other.

OK. Here is a memory you just woke up. When Christopher was 6 we signed him up on a soccer team. He made a new friend Jack. At every game on the sidelines, Jack's sister, age 4, played with Suzanne,age 1 at the time. He is now married to that little girl, Jessica!
