Merriam-Webster defines expansion as "the act or process of expanding".

To expand is "to increase the extent, number, volume, or scope of; enlarge."

LLLC Art Show

Every winter, LLLC puts on an art show to show off

all their teachers' and students' creativity and hard work!

After oohing and ahhing over all the boys' art, we had to stop by the Discovery table (the awesome science program at LLLC). They both wanted their picture taken inside the 'rocket'.

Kate's new look

Last January, Hudson got a big haircut. This January, it was Kate's turn. She finally got tired of the daily fight with the tangles of her long hair, and wanted to get a 'real' haircut, in a salon.

This isn't even all of it...this is mid-cut!!

After her new 'do was dry, she wanted to pick out a feather.

After diligently digging, she found just the right one...hot pink!!

Look at my beauty...so grown up.

And look really closely down by her shoulder and you'll see the tip of the pink feather peeking out!
