Time for science in the kitchen! Today's goal: make our own butter.
We've got heavy cream, a container, and some arms ready to shake it up for several minutes.
After several minutes of vigorous shaking...voila! It turned into butter! It worked!!
Adding a little salt
and after much discussion, adding honey as well.
Official taste test...
Verdict? It was really good and FUN to make!!!
