A beautiful spring day...perfect for strawberry picking at Vollmer Farm.
We love to come here when we can. The strawberries are delicious, and organic. And how cool to have the main Farmer stop by and chat with us for several minutes about how he does what he does, and why. Plus we ran into the Martins!
A little playground fun while the mamas checked out the fresh produce in the store.
Let's be honest...the strawberries are good, and the back 40 is fun in the fall, but this is the REAL reason I keep coming back to Vollmer Farm...
Headed home with our 11+ lbs. of fresh-picked strawberries. Fun day!
