We don't usually make a big deal about Groundhog Day. But this year we had some friends coming over for dinner, and I thought it would be fun to make a Groundhog Day dessert. After searching the internet for ideas, I morphed a couple I saw (plus used what I had on hand in the pantry) and we had these lovely Groundhog Day brownies for our dessert!
