One of Kate's friends from small group, Elizabeth, invited her to a birthday party at a local make-your-own pottery place. I've seen these places before, but never been to one.
What a great place to have a party! So fun for the girls.
Elizabeth turned 8, and most of the girls were her friends from school. They finished before Kate did, and were entertaining themselves writing on the chalkboard.
If you look closely, you'll see that they were making lists about Justin Beiber. To be honest, I was holding my breath a little because I had no idea what direction they were going to go with that, and Kate was watching and listening intently.
But, they were writing things like "Justin Beiber is a baby!" and then cracking up.
Exhale. I can hang with that : )
