On our way down to the Robinson's for the first UGA game of the season. Game turned out to be pretty bad, but we had fun hanging with all our fellow UGA fans over at George and Catherine's house!
Hudson watched every game last season in this chair with George (see picture below from last year). But now that he's walking, he's got too much to see and do to just hang out in the chair :)
Fun surprise waiting for us...our neighbor Mrs. Mary gave Kate and Carter the see-saw that her grandkids have outgrown!!
We were invited to a party at the Hicks and Wrights house after the game. They're our landlords/neighbors and they throw a huge party every summer, but this year they were doing a huge addition to their pool, so they did an end of the summer party instead. Kate and Carter had the best time on the huge obstacle course jumpy thing they had in their backyard...
Our first red tomatoes from our garden!! We've had several green ones that just mysteriously disappear before they ever have a chance to ripen, so this was VERY exciting for me to see that we actually had some turn red! They're tiny, but exciting nonetheless!!
We did some organizing projects over the weekend, and I found this birthday hat I had saved from Carter's first birthday. So, Hudson is 14 months now, but I still wanted to at least get a picture of him in the hat since I had saved it for exactly this reason...
Stephanie and I started back our carpool today. Really exciting for us to both be at the same school again this year! The girls were SO excited to be back together again. So sweet...
Playing Hide and Seek with the kids tonight. Love how good the kids are getting at this game! Can you see where Carter is hiding in this picture?!

so glad you got that sweet pic of our girls after school! captures well the treasure that carpooling in for us all. :) i was just telling larry after taking take with us today how their conversations/interactions are so much bigger from last year to this one, already!?!
that video IS hilarious of carter doing Rach! love it! not for much longer though!
